A row is certainly brewing between Sinn Fein and the DUP over the latter's back flip on the role of the victim commissioners.
A proposed Alliance party amendment, supported by the DUP, looks to appoint one of the four newly appointed commissioners to the position of chief commissioner.
I hope that Sinn Fein holds firm on this issue as this process can only work on the basis of equality.
It was agreed that all four of the commissioners would be equal; any attempt to alter that deal at this stage is unacceptable.
We are not going to be dictated to by DUP backwoodsmen!
