For GAA and Ulster

I am glad to see that the Ulster final will once again be returning to St Tiernach's Park.

The Ulster senior football final was played at Croke Park between 2004 and 2oo6, of which Armagh one all three, because of the demand for tickets.

I think it is proper however that the Ulster final is not only played in Ulster but that it's played in Clones. I can remember the first time I ever saw Armagh win the Anglo-Celt cup when we beat our old rivals Down in 1999.

That feeling was only bettered when we won the Sam Maguire in 2002. I must admit that beating Tyrone in the replay at Croke Park in 2005 was good however Ulster final day in Clones is special.

As a proud Ulsterman I'm glad to see the final return to Uladh
